The Capitol Area Chapter cordially invites you to attend The Conversation You’ve Been Avoiding. This in-person event is for all interested credit union professionals—CEOs, executives, managers, board and committee members, and interested staff. Please forward this invitation to your team members as appropriate.
In this three-hour working session, you’ll focus on the accountability conversations you have with your peers, your team, and yourself. You’ll practice in small groups, work through a case study, and learn from other participants. All levels are welcome, whether you’re a teller or a manager of large teams. You’ll leave with practical tools to have honest and productive conversations.
When: Wednesday, November 4, 2026
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. with light refreshments provided.
